Your role is pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our food and beverage products. Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Design visually appealing packaging, labels, promotional materials, and digital content that align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Ensure that designs effectively communicate the product's quality and uniqueness.
• Branding: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent design elements. Create and implement design strategies that reinforce the brand's image in the food and beverage industry.
• Product Packaging: Design and update product packaging for food and beverage items, considering factors such as shelf appeal, legal requirements, and industry trends.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content for advertising campaigns and trade shows.
• Photography, Videography, Image and Video Editing: Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality product images and retouch/edit photos as needed for marketing and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' design strategies to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with web design and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – team player.

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in various warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely handling of goods. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received.
• Sort, stack, and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
  Pick and pack orders accurately according to packing slips or instructions.
• Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, including labeling and palletizing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• SPM or equivalent.

Responsibilities : 

• Able to handle full set of account
• Monthly Management Account Report, Cash Flow Budget Report 
• Prepared Bank Reconcile monthly 
• Prepared Fixed Assets schedule monthly 
• Process petty cash claim by verifying supporting and ensure on time reimbursement
• Process all Invoice to the Accounting System to ensure timely and accurate posting
• Reconcile tax & duty report for daily and monthly billing report

RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
• Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities. 
• To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience. 
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
• Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. 
• Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Handle Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable and other accounting functions and performs variety of general accounting support tasks

· Assist in monthly accounts reconciliation and month end closing

·  Assist in monitoring debtors / creditors aging and ensure all the payments are up to date and accurate
