Job Requirements:

Responsibility :

A. Sales Support

Job Position : Safety Supervisor (Construction Site)

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure workers follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Carry out toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Safety & Health Management Systems.

Job Position : Site Engineer (Infra)

Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and coordination of construction machinery on site. Ensure all equipment (e.g. excavators, JCB, lorries, bulldozers, compactor, tractor) is used efficiently, safely, and in line with project requirements.

Coordination & Supervision

• Ensure all works are carried out based on established procedures, contract requirements and specifications
• Managing site-related matters including site work arrangement, leading site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work safely, and arranging necessary meetings and discussions to update and resolve site issues.
• Attend project meetings and progress reporting
• Liaise with Client/Architect/Consultant on-site technical matters

Machinery & Equipment Management

• Plan and coordinate daily usage of construction machinery
• Monitor machine productivity and utilization
• Ensure proper allocation of equipment to site activities
• Track machine movements and deployment

Maintenance & Repairs

• Schedule preventive maintenance for all machinery
• Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot breakdowns
• Liaise with mechanics, suppliers, and rental companies

• Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and budgets the time necessary to meet each deadline.
• Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with clients concerning budget progress and costs.

What you will do:

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact within the finance function of a leading global FMCG company. You will not be on the sidelines; you will be a key contributor to several critical, high-priority projects. Your responsibilities will include:

· Tax Compliance & Reporting: Supporting the end-to-end preparation of monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) filings to ensure regional regulatory alignment.

· General Ledger Integrity: Performing monthly GL Reconciliations, identifying variances, and ensuring the accuracy of tax-related accounts.

· E-Invoicing Implementation: Executing E-invoicing reconciliations to bridge digital transaction data with accounting records, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.

· Financial Cycle Support: Contributing to the Monthly Finance Closing process by preparing journal entries and verifying tax accruals under tight deadlines.

· Statutory Reporting: Assisting in the drafting and compilation of Financial Statements, ensuring all disclosures meet reporting standards.

· Annual Tax Compliance: Supporting the preparation of the Annual Corporate Tax Return, including data gathering for Book-to-Tax adjustments and permanent/temporary differences.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant company secretarial working experience and leadership.
• Hands-on experience in MyCoID and MBRS for SSM submissions and lodgements.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, and secretarial best practices.

• Possess a valid Company Secretary license (MAICSA / MACS / MIA / LS) is a plus.
