Client Management
- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing Recruiting externally with clients and internally through recruiting team oversight.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their hiring needs and strategy.
- Manage client input to effectively launch candidate searches with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming search opportunities.
- Prepare candidate presentation, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, perform post-interview follow-ups as well as manage and close offers.
- Represent internal recruiting team to present qualified candidates and guide them through the process.
- As necessary, visit clients, attend tradeshows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities.
Team Management and Coaching
- Lead a team of Recruiters and an Account Specialist to support all search efforts.
- Provide recruiting team with ample direction and support to identify a pipeline of talent for assigned roles.
- Execute job kick-offs including full client download, research and direction of sourcing strategy.
- Direct Recruiter sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status, client feedback and upcoming client needs.
- Assist Recruiters in candidate review before client submittal, as needed.
- Provide information to Recruiter and/or Candidate as it relates to interview preparation, client feedback, reference checks and offers.
- Advise on job description posting priorities.
Account Retention and Growth
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities as well as new clients.
- In conjunction with the Project Management team, ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
- As needed, present proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new client prospects.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- minimum 2-3 years Experience in a recruitment Account Management function.
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in New Sales generation.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, every evolving work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
