Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mature Compliance Executive to support the Company’s compliance, contractual, and employee-related matters across Malaysia and Dubai operations.

This role is suitable for candidates with corporate legal/compliance backgrounds who are comfortable handling labor-related matters, internal governance, compliance coordination, risk assessments, and cross-border corporate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify contracts, agreements, and internal documents prepared by external legal firms
• Coordinate and liaise with external law firms on legal, compliance, employment, and corporate matters
• Support employee-related compliance matters for both Malaysia and UAE operations
• Handle labor-related matters, disciplinary documentation, dispute coordination, and compliance risk assessments
• Ensure proper documentation, evidence tracking, and record management for sensitive matters
• Assist management in improving internal governance, compliance processes, and policy implementation
• Support matters related to international tax, cross-border operational compliance, and corporate structuring when necessary
• Conduct compliance reviews and basic legal risk analysis for operational matters

Requirements

• Possess valid legal practicing license / law qualification
• Min 2 years experience in corporate legal, compliance, or in-house legal related roles
• Experience handling labor disputes, compliance matters, and contract reviews
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and evidence awareness
• Able to handle sensitive matters rationally and objectively
• Exposure to international tax or cross-border corporate matters is an advantage

Responsibilities :-

A. Kawalan Dokumen

1) Membantu dalam menguruskan sistem kawalan dokumen kualiti.

2) Menyediakan dan menyemak semula Prosedur Kualiti untuk pemilik proses.

3) Menyediakan Notis Perubahan Dokumen.

4) Mengeluarkan dokumen dengan pengenalpastian 'Salinan Induk', 'Salinan Terkawal', 'Salinan Tidak Terkawal' dan 'Untuk

Tujuan Latihan sahaja'.

5) Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara Senarai Induk Dokumen dan Senarai Induk Rekod serta mengawal pengedaran

dokumen dalam Sistem Pengurusan Pematuhan Kualiti & Kawal Selia (QRCMS).

6) Menyelenggara Salinan Induk, Salinan Terkawal dan dokumen Usang.

B. Dokumentasi Teknikal

1) Berkomunikasi dengan OM untuk menilai kebolehlaksanaan reka bentuk baharu atau perubahan dalam reka bentuk sedia ada.

2) Menyelaras dengan pasukan pelbagai fungsi termasuk Jualan dan Pemasaran, QA / QC / RA, untuk menyelaraskan objektif projek reka bentuk dan pembangunan.

3) Menyediakan pelan reka bentuk dan memantau garis masa projek.

4) Menyediakan borang permintaan sampel untuk reka bentuk dan pembangunan (SRD).

5) Menganjurkan mesyuarat semakan dengan ahli pasukan pada setiap peringkat reka bentuk dan pembangunan.

6) Menjalankan pengesahan dan pengesahan ke atas reka bentuk dan pembangunan produk untuk pematuhan.

E. Pengesahan Karya Seni

1) Memeriksa, menyemak dan mengesahkan pelabelan pembungkusan peranti bagi memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan pelanggan dan Keperluan Kawal Selia yang Berkenaan.

2) Berhubung dengan pembekal / pereka / OM untuk pindaan dan penukaran karya seni.

F. Lain-lain
