Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design recruitment strategies, manage interviewing processes, and lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, mediating disputes and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance evaluation systems and identify training and development needs for staff.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, health insurance, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Compliance: Enforce labor regulations and maintain workplace safety, ensuring the company avoids legal and reputational risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and HR analytics.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including prior management or specialization roles.

  • Experience in health insurance is a plus but not required

Core Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), strong conflict resolution, deep knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication
