Pros: For ABSI, the work-life balance can be pretty good, especially if your client project allows for some flexibility. As a Business Analyst, I often worked a standard 40-hour week. You get to WFH some days too, which is a nice perk for those not always in the Brussels office.
Cons: It really depends on the client and the specific IT consulting engagement. Some projects demand a lot more, and you'll easily find yourself working longer hours. There's pressure to deliver, and sometimes that means your evenings are gone.
