Job Summary
Skud Technical is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop business opportunities for cleanroom performance testing services.
This role focuses on healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, medical device, laboratory, and controlled environment clients. It is suitable for a Mandarin-speaking business development professional who can manage B2B sales, client follow-ups, proposals, and technical service discussions with support from the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for cleanroom performance testing services
- Identify and approach potential clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, medical device, laboratories, and controlled environments
- Promote cleanroom testing services including particle count testing, airflow testing, pressure differential checks, recovery testing, HEPA filter integrity testing, and related cleanroom verification works
- Follow up with consultants, contractors, facility owners, cleanroom users, and project teams
- Prepare sales pipelines, client follow-up lists, quotations, and proposal coordination
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and project scope
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions when required
- Support tender submissions, quotation preparation, and commercial documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Track sales activities, enquiries, proposals, and conversion status
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
- Support company growth in cleanroom, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and controlled environment markets
What We’re Looking For
- Malaysian citizen
- Mandarin-speaking required
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, technical sales, B2B sales, or project sales
- Experience selling to contractors, consultants, factories, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial clients is an advantage
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams
- Comfortable discussing technical services with support from engineers
- Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Able to prepare simple proposals, quotations, sales updates, and client tracking reports
- Result-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple enquiries at the same time
- Willing to attend client meetings and site visits when required
Preferred Experience
- Experience in cleanroom, HVAC, M&E, testing and commissioning, facility services, laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries
- Existing network with consultants, contractors, factories, or facility owners
- Experience handling tender documents, quotation follow-ups, and project-based sales
- Ability to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
