What the day looks like:
It's 7:14 AM. A voice memo lands on your phone.
"Reach out to the guy from Tuesday's meeting. Tell him I want to talk Friday."
That's it. That's the whole instruction.
You don't ask which meeting. You check his calendar. You find the guy. You find his email. You draft a message in his voice. You send it. You add him to the CRM. You tell the boss it's done.
Total time: 18 minutes.

Who you are:
You live in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
You work 8 AM to 5 PM Phoenix time. Monday to Friday. Non-negotiable.
Your written English is excellent. Your spoken English is strong.
You've supported a US founder before. At least two years.
You know GoHighLevel or HubSpot. You use ChatGPT, Notion, and Canva like you breathe.
Real estate or capital experience is a plus.
You ask one good question. Then you move.
You don't need to be told twice.
You stay calm when the boss doesn't.
How we'll pick
We'll send you one real task from a real week.
The instructions will be incomplete. On purpose.
You'll have 24 hours.
We're scoring three things:
Did you ask the right question — or five wrong ones?
Did you deliver clean work on time?
Can the founder read your update in 30 seconds and know what's done?
That's it. No personality tests. No trick questions.
What you get
$1,400 to $1,800 a month. USD. Based on experience.
Full-time. Contractor.
Paid monthly through Deel or Wise.
