Company Overviews

Isetta is an integrated marketing agency serving brands across the lifestyle space. We think big but know that every little detail matters. That translates to careful brand building and a comprehensive approach where creativity meets execution and storytelling is effortless.

For younger brands, we’re a full-service marketing team, working closely with talent and operators while providing the perks of an agency network and creative cross-collaboration. For more mature brands, we’re an extension of in-house structures, ensuring objectives are strategically and thoughtfully met with the appropriate service.

Solid Tech Company with Good Work-Life Balance
Pros: The team environment at Isetta is a major plus. Everyone is generally collaborative and willing to help each other out, which makes tackling complex engineering problems much smoother. I really appreciated the flexibility offered, allowing for remote work which significantly improved my work-life balance. There are genuine opportunities to pick up new skills and contribute to interesting projects in the AI sector.
Cons: While day-to-day operations are good, there's a lack of clarity on long-term company direction and strategic roadmaps, which can sometimes make planning future projects feel uncertain. The approval processes for some internal tools or resources can be a bit slow, leading to minor delays. Career progression paths, while present, could be more clearly defined for individual contributors.
Advice to Management: Improve transparency regarding long-term strategic goals and streamline approval processes for internal resources to enhance efficiency.
