  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assisted with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and basic recruitment admin.
  • Helped with onboarding activities, including orientations and initial paperwork.
  • Employee Data & Documentation
  • Maintained employee records and updated information in the HRIS.
  • Organized documents such as contracts and personal files.
  • Attendance Management
  • Tracked employee attendance, leave, and sick days.
  • Performance & Development Support
  • Assisted in collecting performance review forms and preparing simple reports.
  • Internal Communication & Employee Relations
  • Helped share HR announcements and company updates.
  • Supported employee inquiries and contributed to maintaining good employee relations.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Available to join starting April 2026.
