Recruitment & Onboarding
Assisted with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and basic recruitment admin.
Helped with onboarding activities, including orientations and initial paperwork.
Employee Data & Documentation
Maintained employee records and updated information in the HRIS.
Organized documents such as contracts and personal files.
Attendance Management
Tracked employee attendance, leave, and sick days.
Performance & Development Support
Assisted in collecting performance review forms and preparing simple reports.
Internal Communication & Employee Relations
Helped share HR announcements and company updates.
Supported employee inquiries and contributed to maintaining good employee relations.
Requirements
Recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
Available to join starting April 2026.
