Job Responsibilities
As an
HR Intern, you will support the HR department in various functions, including:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and other documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding documentation.
- Learning & Development
- Support the planning and coordination of training programs.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve training sessions.
- Assist in creating training materials and resources.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in internal communication efforts, such as newsletters and announcements.
- Promote workplace safety culture through campaigns and initiatives.
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Support the preparation of HR reports on recruitment, training, and employee performance.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
- Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a motivated individual with:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
