Pros: You get good exposure to day-to-day retail operations and inventory management. Training for new merchandising often happens. It's a big corporate so job security feels decent.
Cons: Career advancement opportunities are super slow. You really have to wait for someone to leave the Jakarta office or another branch. There aren't many clear paths for internal promotion if you're an associate or supervisor.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career paths for employees, especially for Store Supervisors and retail staff. Invest in more frequent internal training programs for career development.
