About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that are core to our online recruiting platforms. Your work will directly impact the reliability, performance, and scalability of our APIs, services, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet real-world demands, ensuring our platforms remain robust and efficient. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess several years of professional experience in software development with Python. A deep understanding of backend development, modern architectures, and best coding practices is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, and familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, containerization tools like Docker, and monitoring solutions such as Grafana. Knowledge of Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines is also required. Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level) are necessary to collaborate effectively within our international team. A proactive approach, ownership mentality, and the ability to think technically are crucial attributes for this position.

- Continuously improving testing frameworks, increasing test coverage, and optimizing deployment processes through CI/CD automation.
