About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems using Python, designing APIs, and building integrations that are critical to our product offerings. You will work on creating robust, maintainable, and high-performance services capable of handling real-world load, ensuring that our systems remain reliable and efficient. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing frameworks, deployment pipelines, and overall system architecture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as you help shape technical decisions, contribute to system design, and implement solutions that align with our strategic goals. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in software development with Python, demonstrating a strong commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability. You should possess a hands-on mentality, with the ability to think technically and contribute actively to architectural discussions. Experience with backend development and modern architectures is essential, along with proficiency in Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git workflows is also required. Ownership, technical depth, and a desire to take responsibility are key traits for success in this role. Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level) is necessary to collaborate effectively within our international team.
