Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d)
A leading organization in the digital recruitment and SaaS portal space is looking for a Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d). You will develop scalable backend systems and work on APIs and services that require high reliability and performance. The role focuses on building stable architectures and maintaining a high standard of code quality within a collaborative team.
What you'll be doing
• Developing production-ready Python backends, APIs, and integrations
• Designing and implementing scalable services for real-world load requirements
• Improving CI/CD, deployment processes, performance, and observability
• Shaping system architecture and making key technical decisions
• Collaborating with the team to ensure sustainable and robust systems
What we're looking for
• Extensive experience in software development using Python and Django
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux environments
• Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and system maintainability
• Experience with automation, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Professional proficiency in both German and English (C1 level minimum)
