Senior Python Software Engineer

The Role
- Architect, develop, and enhance scalable, secure Python applications and system integrations using modern technologies, including AI.
- Optimize build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring stable and high-performing delivery through efficient CI/CD structures.
- Provide technical leadership in projects, translating business requirements into robust solutions and advising stakeholders on feasibility and architecture.
- Ensure code and product quality through standards, reviews, and continuous optimization of performance, security, and developer experience.
- Drive the technical development of the team, actively sharing knowledge and taking on leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Python, including strong knowledge of common frameworks and the Python ecosystem.
- Profound expertise in designing distributed systems, modern software architectures, and scalable platform solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and Git-based development processes.
- Proficient in using AI-powered development tools and a keen interest in current AI developments.
- Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and an interest in technical leadership and team development.
- Professional working proficiency in English, and German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
