The Role
- Lead a dynamic software development team in an agile environment
- Develop innovative technical concepts and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback
- Proactively identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions to enhance system performance
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Foster and develop team members' skills, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
What You'll Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- High level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn
- Extensive technical and methodological expertise, reflected in a solution-oriented approach
