The Role
- Lead and coach software development teams
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical concepts
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback
- Proactively identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Foster employee development and monitor team performance
What You'll Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of leadership experience in software development, preferably agile
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
- High level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn
- Extensive technical and methodological expertise with a solution-oriented approach
