About The Role

As a Developer at Senacor Technologies AG, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that are critical to our clients' operations. Your role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and realize innovative applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Whether you are developing new features or enhancing existing systems, your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients' digital initiatives.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing technical responsibility, mentor junior team members, and influence project outcomes through your expertise. Your insights and technical acumen will be vital in selecting appropriate tools and technologies from our modern tech stack, always aiming to deliver the best possible user experience. As a senior or lead developer, you will also ensure code quality and maintainability, guiding projects toward scalable and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with proficiency in common frameworks and technologies for both frontend and backend development.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for IT and innovation.
• Fluent in German with good command of English, enabling effective collaboration within international teams and client environments.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to design, develop, and implement complex software products from initial conception through to integration and deployment.
• Assume technical leadership responsibilities based on your experience, including mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Identify and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies from our modern tech stack to optimize development processes and user experience.
• Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices, maintaining a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and support decision-making processes to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and contributing to the innovation culture within the team.
