About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing scalable backend systems using Python, designing and implementing APIs, services, and integrations that are critical to our platform's performance and reliability. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and user experience of our online recruiting services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create robust, maintainable, and high-performance solutions, ensuring that our systems can handle real-world loads with ease. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess several years of professional experience in software development with Python. A strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates a hands-on mentality, combined with the ability to think technically and contribute actively to system design and architecture decisions. Experience with modern backend frameworks such as Django, and familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, containerization tools like Docker, monitoring platforms such as Grafana, and Linux environments are required. Additionally, proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git-based workflows is necessary. Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level) are also vital for effective collaboration within our international team.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include developing productive Python backends, APIs, and integrations that serve our online platforms. You will design and implement scalable, maintainable services capable of handling high loads, ensuring system stability and performance.
