Pros: My direct manager was solid, really supportive for a startup environment. We got pretty good tech stacks to work with, which helps a lot in software development. There's potential if they sort things out.
Cons: Upper leadership sometimes felt out of touch with the engineering team. There wasn't always clear communication on strategic decisions for the fintech products. It made it tough to understand the bigger picture.
