• Work closely with IT teams to design and configure financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Participate in system configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet functional specifications.

3. User Support and Training:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for financial systems, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on system functionality, processes, and best practices.

4. System Maintenance and Enhancement:

• Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
• Continuously evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all financial system activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data and perform statistical process control (SPC) analysis.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Process and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Generate and customize reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide actionable insights to users.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications to streamline production processes.
• Understand the business processes with the objective of improvement through digitization or automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, ETL development, and MES applications.
• Assist in the future development of dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, and MES application development.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and writing efficient queries.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) principles.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Proficiency in C# programming language.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript or related framework is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
