SUMMARY OF THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Content Marketing Specialist to be the dedicated storyteller and the social-first voice of the Network Pod.

The global logistics market is highly volatile, driven by uncontrollable macro factors. Even so, our narrative is our anchor. Your job is to position Teleport’s network as the agile, reliable solution for airlines, ecommerce marketplaces and forwarders. You will not operate as a "service desk" taking content briefs; you will act as a proactive growth partner to the Product Marketer and commercial teams, ensuring your content maps directly to the B2B customer journey and captures the attention of busy freight forwarders and airline executives on platforms like LinkedIn.

Most importantly, you need two distinct storytelling gears:

1. Turning 'Something' into 'Something Matters': Taking a routine operational update or milestones and making the market care about it.
2. Turning 'Nothing' into 'Something': Keeping the narrative alive and engaging even when there is no "hard news" to share.

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid arrangement).

A DAY IN THE LIFE 

As a Senior Executive, Content Marketing Specialist, you are the daily execution engine for the Network Pod's narrative. Your day-to-day will focus on:

• Making the Mundane Meaningful: Transforming technical or standard update into compelling stories that position Teleport as a thought leader in logistics infrastructure and regional connectivity.
• Sales Enablement Translation: Taking the high-level social narratives you build and turning them into practical, bottom-of-funnel assets like 1-pagers and email sequences for the Commercial team to use in the field.
• Keeping the Narrative Alive: When there are no product launches or route expansions, you know how to build a narrative out of thin air. You will turn industry trends or a quick 5-minute chat with a BD Lead into a week's worth of engaging social content.
• The Social & DIY Creative Engine: Writing scroll-stopping LinkedIn content for our brand and executive pages. You don’t just write, you execute. You’ll script fast-paced videos and jump right into Canva or CapCut—either knocking out quick-turn edits yourself or prepping the script and brief for our video producers to finalise.
• The Repurpose Master (70% Repurpose / 30% New): You don't always need to reinvent the wheel. You will mine our archives of past footage, pitch decks, and technical operational updates, slicing them into multiple bite-sized social assets to maximise content lifespan.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, B2B content creation, or digital copywriting.
• Social-First Mindset: If you can write a great press release but struggle to write a 3-sentence LinkedIn hook, this role isn't for you. You must deeply understand social platform dynamics and what makes B2B buyers stop scrolling.
• Hands-on Content Chops: You know how to write a script with a strong visual hook, and you aren't afraid to independently cut a short-form video in CapCut or design a carousel in Canva to get a quick-turn story live.
• The "Remix" Muscle: You are resourceful. You know how to take one core message and turn it into an IG Carousel, a LinkedIn poll, a video script, and a newsletter snippet.
• Flawless Execution: Strong English proficiency with eagle-eyed attention to detail.

We're looking for a Data-led Senior Marketing Specialist to drive JAPAC performance insights. Turn complex datasets into clear growth stories, own QBR reporting, SEO health & Salesforce analytics, and unlock actionable recommendations across markets to optimise digital performance.

Role: 

• Lead the monthly and quarterly data consolidation for website, content syndication, search (SEO/LLM/SEM), email, and paid social across five key regions.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting analysis within Salesforce on an ad-hoc basis to identify and resolve performance discrepancies.
• Utilise ContentSquare to report on web friction, providing strategic recommendations to Digital Marketing Managers (DMMs) to improve user journeys.
• Manage the tracking and reporting of new landing pages, maintaining a robust system for go-live dates and historical performance tracking.
• Conduct AEO and LLM prompt research every quarter to inform content recommendations and regional newsletters.
• Partner with web producers to QA and review regional pages in Workfront, ensuring they meet rigorous standards before deployment.
• Oversee SEO site health by auditing metadata, titles, H1S, and tags to ensure they follow standard global taxonomy.
• Manage the on-demand webinar hub, overseeing uploads and monitoring effectiveness to drive lead engagement.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, redirects, and blank pages, to ensure site consistency.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital reporting, or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B technology environment.
• High proficiency in Salesforce and web analytics tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Google Analytics) with a "data-first" mindset.
• Strong technical understanding of SEO principles, taxonomy, and site health (links, redirects, and schema).
• Experienced in managing regional reporting across diverse JAPAC markets (experience with Japan or Korea markets is a plus).
• Highly organised with the ability to manage the heavy reporting lift of QBR seasons while handling ad-hoc troubleshooting.
• Expert in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) for data visualisation and executive-level reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to use translation tools to support SEO efforts in non-English markets.

We are adding a Senior Content Marketer to the regional marketing team to drive Teleport's macro narrative. Your focus will be on high-stakes content for the investment community and senior-level executives as we scale toward our next major business milestones.

You will not operate as a "service desk" taking content briefs; you will act as a proactive thought and strategy partner to the Product Marketer, Communications, Finance, and our C-level leadership. They will bring the high-level business strategy and financial data. Every day is different, but you will act as the creative bridge between high-level strategy and modern content execution. Your time will go toward:

• The Strategy Partner: Working hand-in-hand with the Product Marketer, Finance, and Communications to turn dense internal updates into a clear, credible narrative that resonates across the investment community and decision-making executive audiences.
• Connecting the dots: Adapting quickly between contexts. You will craft everything from high-level pitch decks and corporate memos to LinkedIn thought-leadership posts and email marketing campaigns.
• Thought Leadership Content: Translating the strategic vision of our C-Suite and leadership into compelling, market-facing content that sounds human and authoritative.
• Video & Visual Execution: You don't just write text. You will draft sharp video scripts for our production team, and you aren't afraid to do basic editing or assembling of visuals/videos (using CapCut or Canva) for quick turnaround, social-first stories.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: You collaborate tightly with commercial, ops, and finance to understand the business and gather raw insights, in turn to discover and shape stories from the ground up.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B content, corporate communications, journalism, or tech storytelling.
• The Narrative Builder: You are skilled at connecting the dots. You can take a complex brief from a Product Marketer, CFO, or Head of Communications and translate it into clear, engaging content with strong structure and tone control.
• Executive Presence: Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information gracefully, and building trust through your expert content curation and framing.
• An Eye for Modern Content: You have strong content marketing fundamentals across digital channels. You also have a strong pulse on current and incoming trends on digital channels, while bringing a strong eye for design (ability to guide visual direction) and know how to write a script with a solid, yet relevant visual hook.

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to be the operational glue for JAPAC web & paid media. Own trafficking, compliance, localisation and QA of assets, links and ad copy, removing bottlenecks and ensuring every execution is launch-ready, accurate and consistent across markets.

Role: 

• Manage the end-to-end trafficking of paid media assets for LinkedIn and content syndication, populating rotation sheets and coordinating URL builds.
• Lead the localisation of ad copy for the Malaysian and regional markets, leveraging AI tools to ensure cultural relevance before vendor hand-off.
• Conduct rigorous "Mock Reviews" of creatives to ensure branding alignment, correct logo usage, and language accuracy for different audience segments (SMB vs. Enterprise).
• Execute weekly lead management QA, partnering with global teams to solve data discrepancies between Integrate, Marketo, Salesforce, and Sigma.
• Monitor lead health metrics, including invalid lead rates and vendor rejection percentages, to prevent MQL surges and ensure quality.
• Own the web compliance workflow, QA-ing live pages for broken links, proper schema markups, and functional lead-capture forms.
• Support social media compliance by ensuring all creatives align with global templates and maintaining hygiene across webinar channels.
• Assist with SEO site health maintenance, specifically focusing on internal link updates and identifying "dead" or blank pages on the site.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams and external media vendors to reduce "back-and-forth" during campaign setups.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, paid media trafficking, or lead management.
• Strong understanding of the paid media ecosystem (LinkedIn Ads) and the technicalities of tracking URLs (UTMs).
