We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor who is capable of managing the full spectrum of QS functions independently. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be responsible for the entire submission process and contractual management at the site level.

• Own the ASEAN Power Grid opportunity — tracking cross-border corridor developments, bilateral power agreements, and interconnector projects relevant to the company's pipeline.
• Oversee the build-out of in-country subcontractor networks (solar installation, civil works, interconnection, cabling) as a strategic commercial asset.

The Regional Controls and Setup Lead – Southeast Asia (SEA) will act as the primary point of contact for Project Controls, Performance, and Project Setup across SEA markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).

This role is responsible for driving consistency and excellence across a multi-country environment, ensuring project setup and controls align with both global standards and local regulatory/business requirements. Role Description:
