Job Description
Responsible for managing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Initiation
- Prepare Project Execution Plans (PEPs) for construction projects.
- Support pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Coordinate with consultants to finalize construction documents.
Scheduling & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage project schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6).
- Monitor budgets, costs, and expenditures.
- Review and approve invoices with finance teams.
Construction Execution Oversight
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work follows specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and review work progress and variations.
Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance on site.
- Conduct site inspections and handle incidents when required.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Liaise with owners, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Lead meetings and submit progress reports.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and manage project risks, delays, and cost issues.
- Escalate critical matters to management when needed.
Contract & Document Control
- Manage contracts and project documentation.
- Handle project close-out, including punch lists and handover.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide project teams and site staff.
