角色

射出成型模具安裝工/射出成型技術員負責執行設備品質維護 (EQM) 計劃，確保所有射出成型模具、夾具、設備和機器均正確安裝、維護並以最佳效率運作。該職位在支持注塑生產順利進行、最大限度地減少停機時間和確保高品質的工藝方面發揮關鍵作用。

Aa a QC (Quality Control) Technician is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. Their duties include conducting tests, inspections, and measurements on materials and products during various stages of production. They identify defects, document findings, and work with production teams to address quality issues. As a Tool Maker in metal stamping manufacturing designs, creates, and maintains tools and dies used in the stamping process. They ensure tools are precise, durable, and efficient for production, often involving tasks like machining, assembly, and troubleshooting to meet production specifications.

• Fabricates tooling, inserts, jig/fixtures according and meeting drawing specifications and supports production department on tooling requirements.
