  i.              Ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kepujian) atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Undang-Undang, Sains Sosial, Hubungan Antarabangsa, atau bidang yang berkaitan dari Universiti atau Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya;

Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

• 協助組織和協調員工培訓、公司活動和辦公室計劃。可以指導培訓計劃，包括進行新員工入職培訓。
• 管理人員確認、調動、晉升和其他相關人員流動。
• 準備 EPF、SOCSO、所得稅、Zakat 和 HRDF Levy 的匯款。
• 與相關政府機關聯絡，如 HRDF、所得稅、KWSP、SOSCO、HRDC Levy 等。
• 維護員工的個人記錄並不時更新資料。
• 可協助評估和修改 JM 的培訓計劃。
• 可協助制定和實施培訓日曆。
• 審查和監控員工出勤、紀律記錄、年假和病假。
• 不時分配給行政和人力資源經理以及高階管理人員的任何其他合理職責。

所需資格：

• 至少擁有人力資源管理/商業研究/行政/管理/或同等學歷的文憑或學士學位
• 至少 4 年有類似職位的人力資源工作經驗
• 具有高度的保密性、責任感、自我激勵、自律和良好的人際溝通能力。
• 良好的組織能力，能夠管理時間並確定優先順序。
• 良好的人際溝通、溝通和解決問題的能力。
• 良好的團隊合作精神，責任感強，能承受工作壓力。
