Job Description / Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Admin/ Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Experienced in similar position with extensive knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO Act and be able to deal with all level of staffs.
- Leadership qualities that can meet company KPI with minimum supervision and full of initiatives.
- Good knowledge of staff training methodology and general HR/ company administration to maintain a good/ motivating environment of working.
- Good in communication and a team player to support initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and BM (both written and spoken). Proficiency in communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Experience on Event Management is an added advantage.
