Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, company policies, and HR administration to support company operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and staff records.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and resignation documentation.
- Monitor staff performance, KPI, and probation evaluations.
- Handle payroll coordination, claims, overtime, and staff benefits.
- Ensure company compliance with Malaysia labour laws and HR policies.
- Organize staff training, engagement activities, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain proper HR filing, documentation, and reports.
- Support management in manpower planning and company HR strategies.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in handling full HR spectrum.
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
