• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
• Reconcile bank statements
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Purchase reconciliation between the Finance system and vendor Statement of
• Accounts (SOA). To liaise and resolve with vendor if there is any discrepancy.

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification;
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and business partners throughout the organisation;
• Flexible, meticulous, organised, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines:
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field;
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate. Experience in SAP ERP system is an added advantage;

Accounts Assistant (AR)

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, processing of debit/credit notes, printing of statement etc
• To follow-up with delivery and sales personnel on issues related to unbilled delivery orders / invoices
• To prepare and update Trade Receivables Report
• To prepare and update Collection Report 
• To ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation and filing
• To perform ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Diploma In Accounting
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience 
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
• Required language(s) – Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
• Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records. Ability to work independently.
• An organized and methodical approach to working.
• Proactive working attitude with ability to meet deadline
