Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
• Manage and oversee all inbound and outbound inventory activities
• Review materials forecast and execute supply plan
• Analyze Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimize the variance.
• Analyze the variance of demand and supply
• Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
• In-charge of inventory control and analysis
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of customer service/ supply chain/ inventory distribution management experience

Overview

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 4,.45pm)
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company-provided transportation from Jurong East MRT and Lakeside MRT stations)
• Remuneration: Basic + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, and freight forwarding firms.
• Efficiently schedule daily shipments.
• Compile comprehensive sets of shipping documents for export and import procedures.
• Handle customer and supplier relationships, including tracking orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Material Management or an equivalent credential.
• Hold a minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy.
