· 協助處理全套帳目,並確保及時準備每月管理帳目和年終審計的財務報表。
· 協助處理審計、稅務和法定事務,包括與外部審計師、稅務代理人和秘書公司聯絡。
· 協助預算、現金預測、收入和支出差異分析等。
· 協助資金運作,例如現金管理、存款、提取和償還貸款以及銀行帳戶管理。
· 負責及時完成日常和每月的會計活動,如付款、發票、收貨憑證、日記帳憑證、對帳和其他會計憑證。
· 確保會計政策和標準作業程序的文件系統到位。

要求:
· 至少擁有會計、金融學位或澳洲註冊會計師、ACCA 或 CIMA 專業認證,並且是馬來西亞會計師協會 (MIA) 會員
· 至少2年相關領域工作經驗。
· 了解電算化會計軟體,精通ACC Track 21會計系統及ERP系統者優先
· 具有處理進度索賠和付款憑證的經驗
· 良好的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與各級員工溝通
