Company Overviews

Code75 is an Anthropic partner in Paris that takes enterprise AI from pilot to production. We help organisations move past scattered AI experiments and put secure, governed systems into daily use across engineering, security, legal, support, finance, and operations.

Our work is hands-on. Senior engineers select the use cases worth industrialising, build and integrate the assistants and pipelines, harden them, train your teams, and put the governance in place. You talk directly to the people building your solution, not an account manager.

We know Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem in depth, and we stay model-agnostic by design, deploying across Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Mistral, and open-weight models where they fit. Every deployment is security-first: GDPR-aligned data handling, EU data-residency options, audit logging, and access controls built in from the start.

The result is a working system in daily use, with the documentation and controls around it. Recent work includes automated KYC and KYB onboarding for Idomyou, and Veo, an autonomous multilingual guest-communication agent, for Synoveo.

Engaging tech work with room for better internal comms
Pros: I really enjoyed the challenging software development projects and the opportunities to work with modern technologies. The team atmosphere was supportive and collaborative, making daily work enjoyable. The location in Walloon Region was also convenient for my commute, and there were some flexible arrangements available which helped balance personal commitments.
Cons: While project work was engaging, career progression felt a bit unclear at times. Feedback loops weren't always robust, making it hard to gauge impact or development trajectory. Some decisions from leadership seemed to come out of the blue, leading to minor rework or confusion among the engineering teams. Better transparency on long-term strategy would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured career pathing and clearer communication channels for strategic decisions. Regular town halls or Q&As with leadership could really boost transparency and team alignment.
