The Marketing Manager role is responsible for supporting the development of an effective marketing strategy to drive sales for Minor’s current and upcoming real estate portfolio in its ‘home’ market in Thailand and abroad, through sound industry, market and competitive analyses and partnership development.
He/she is also responsible for executing said marketing strategy in collaboration with other members of the Minor Real Estate team. Within this scope, the incumbent will be required to implement marketing communications activities, including PR, and assist in various sales processes for Minor’s brands and residential properties.
Marketing Leadership. Utilise marketing and industry expertise to contribute to revenue growth and the overall success of the business unit. Ensure strategic plans are developed in close collaboration with and communicated to other members of the team.
Corporate/Brand Marketing. Support the development of print and digital advertising, collateral, editorial and other communications pieces in support of Minor’s real estate commercial activities. Assist in planning and executing an integrated marketing communications and PR plan to drive awareness of and preference for Minor’s real estate portfolio. Support website development and conduct website reviews to ensure accuracy of online messaging. Manage end-to-end creative process including design, copy development and image selection. Manage photo shoots from pre- to post-production to ensure properties are showcased in the best possible light.
Commercial. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, trends and forecasts and deliver a timely and accurate competitive review for key residences. Incorporate a ROI, data driven approach, ensuring tangible results across all marketing activities. Effectively implement promotional plan (online, offline and partnerships) to drive awareness of different properties. Set targets for the year, and monitor results on an ongoing basis.
Project Management and Reporting. Act as Project Manager and take full ownership for specified projects as determined by the Director of Marketing, Real Estate. Provide regular analysis and reporting for all key marketing activities. Track performance against agreed KPI’s. Oversee purchase orders and agency related invoices to ensure they are prepared in line with policy.
Relationship Management. Initiate and grow relationships with key target local and international media partners. Manage relationships with relevant external creative and media agencies, as well as internal business units within the corporate office and properties. Show effective agency and supplier management skills, as well as key stakeholder management across the wider business. Ensure any work completed by third party agencies are delivered timely and to the highest standard.
