Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts of all process materials, including coal, chemicals, packaging, and consumables.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure no material stock-outs occur.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock thresholds at all times to support uninterrupted mill operations.
Investigate, reconcile, and report stock take variances, implementing corrective actions where required.
Ensure the timely requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of process materials.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in SAP and other applicable systems.
Verify that all goods received and issued are accurately recorded and supported by the required documentation.
Report, investigate, and assist in the resolution of incidents and non-conformances.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as required.
Maintain high housekeeping standards within the stores and material storage areas.
