About the job
This role (job) is mainly warehouse base and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is to provide support the operation activities of the 3PL warehouse.
The work place is will be at the warehouse,working under the sypervision of Sypervisor. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.
The general duties will involve the following role:
*Perform cargo loading and unloading.
*To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
*To perform cargo issuance.
*Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Job Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
*Malaysian Male or Female age 25-35.
*Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma. 
*2-3 years of work experience in 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.

*Have accurate typing/data entry skills.

這是一家綜合運輸和物流公司，提供橫跨亞洲、澳洲和歐洲/美洲大陸的國際貨運代理和物流服務。目前，他們在巴生港地區北港的倉庫設施中有兩個營運工作空缺。他們正在尋找經驗豐富的倉庫工人來承擔巴生港北港（NDSB）貨櫃碼頭的倉庫營運職能。
此職缺是永久性職位，是倉庫營運團隊的一部分，負責管理已進口或待出口的貨物/裝運。
職責和角色
身為倉庫營運主管，您將負責履行以下職責：
*對進出貨物進行驗證檢查活動，以根據提單、發票、訂單和其他記錄驗證資訊。
*對客戶訂單、出貨單或請購單進行驗證檢查，以確定要移動、收集或分發的物品。
*打開包裝並檢查收到的貨物，拒絕損壞的物品，記錄短缺並與托運人聯繫以糾正損壞和短缺。
*記錄貨運資訊/數據，例如重量、尺寸、費用
*包裝運輸貨櫃，建立運輸標籤和運輸文件。
*貨物/貨物的裝卸。
*產生並維護準確的運輸/接收文件。
候選人
*年齡組為 23-35 歲的馬來西亞人。
*準時，具有積極的職業道德。
*身體健康，能夠舉起和搬運。
*最低資格：SPM 或供應鏈/物流管理或商業文憑。
*需要堆高機執照；叉車許可證將是理想的、有用的和有益的。
*該職位的理想候選人應具有良好的組織能力，具有3-5年倉庫運營、揀選和包裝、客戶服務或類似環境經驗者優先，並具有與團隊和客戶進行有效溝通的能力。
* 2-3年的倉庫營運經驗，尤其是3PL設施具有巨大優勢，將受到高度重視。
*動手能力強，工作勤奮，了解倉庫和物流實務。

Chrisjac Recruitment 是一家成熟的招聘公司，在人力資源行業為馬來西亞的企業客戶提供服務已有二十多年。作為提供增值招募服務的一部分，Chrisjac 目前正在尋找一名倉庫營運管理員，以協助倉庫經理在我們客戶位於巴生港地區北港的 3PL 倉儲設施中進行日常營運和管理。我們的客戶是一家國際貨運代理和物流公司，其 3PL 倉儲設施位於西港和北港。

關於工作
該角色（工作）主要是倉庫基地，因此不在傳統的辦公環境中。
這是一個全職永久職位，其作用主要是幫助促進倉庫營運活動的順利進行。支援倉庫的營運和管理活動，管理員負責確保根據客戶的規格準確接收進出內部系統的貨物/貨物。其他職責包括管理和歸檔所有必要的文書工作、產生報告、交叉檢查資訊和一般管理職責。
工作要求
*年齡 25-35 歲的馬來西亞男性或女性。
*資格：最低 SPM 或文憑。
*2-3 年 3PL 倉庫設施管理工作經驗。
*需要了解倉庫和物流實務。
*能夠表現出出色的讀寫/數字技能。
*具有準確、快速的打字/資料輸入技能。
*精通計算機，具有良好的Microsoft Office（Word、Excel）工作知識
*良好的溝通能力，精通英語和馬來語。
*擁有前往北港地區的可靠交通工具。
*必須願意駐紮在倉庫辦公（保稅）區域。
