Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Southport

Salary: £25- £27K Per Annum

Working days / hours: 39 to 48 hours within a 5 to 6 day week

You will be overseeing a range of front of house functions and ensuring high quality customer service. Duties include partaking in marketing activities, assisting with events catering activities, responding to customer feedback, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff, preparing rotas, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, inventory control, quality checks, ensuring compliance with health & hygiene protocols, monitoring & maintaining cleanliness, ensuring requisite supplies and equipment available, general facilities management, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules, and performing key duties as assigned. To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:

• Experience or equivalent qualification at required level (At least Three Year)

Position: Assistant Chef

Employer: REAT HIMALAYAS NEPALESE RESTARUANT AND BAR

Location: Southport

Salary: £26- £28K Per Annum

Working days / hours: 39 hours within a 5 to 6 day week

Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, Chef’s uniform and meals on duty.

Duties include preparation of complex Indian dishes, training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance, monitoring food safety & temperatures maintaining cleanliness within work areas, care and maintenance of specialist Tandoori equipment, cost analysis and review, preparing reports and schedules and performing key duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE OFINDIAN CUISINE IS NECESSARY. Previous experience - 3 years + working within an Indian kitchen. Extensive proven previous experience at required skill level

At least 3 years culinary expertise in Indian/Nepalese Cuisine.
Good communication skill
