Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting a medical device supplier company to seek for an accounting qualified candidate with a strong track record in sales processing, accounts receivable and credit control and general administration tasks. The position will be based at the company's corporate head office at Sunway Damansara office. The position available is for immediate hiring. The role This role is reporting to Finance Manager. Main scope of duties: *Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities. *Prepare Accounts payables monthly payment. *Perform Accounts Receivable collection function(credit control functions). *Ensure all transactions are processed into financials. *Ensure that supplier statements are reconciled monthly in accodance with agreed timeframe. *Monitoring of bank cash available,cash flow projection and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements. *Support all areas of office administration activities. The person *Female preferred. *Possess minimum qualification LCCI Diploma in Accounting or degree. *1-3 years of accounting work experience. *Proficient in English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin. *Proficient in MS Office applications. *Experience using SQL Accounting software an advantage. *Most importantly be able to be based at Sunway Damansara area.
