Job Description

Ophthalmology Core Privileges include the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to setting), evaluate, diagnose, consult, and provide nonsurgical and surgical procedures on patients of all ages with ocular, and visual disorders, including those of the eye and its component structures, the eyelids, the orbit and the visual pathways.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree.

Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways and should be reflective of the privileges being requested: An applicant who has just completed a residency provides his/her residency log. OR An applicant who is not applying directly out of a residency shall provide a quality profile from the hospital(s) where he/she currently has privileges showing his/her clinical activity for the past 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications. The applicant must be able to demonstrate at least 50 Ophthalmology procedures in the last 12 months. OR If a quality profile is not available from the hospital(s) where the applicant currently has privileges, documentation of the applicant’s clinical setting activity for the last 12 months is required. The applicant must be able to demonstrate at least 50 Ophthalmology procedures in the last 12 months.

Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Ophthalmology residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. Training at residency programs accredited by organizations other than the above, may be considered via the waiver of eligibility process as defined in the Credentialing Policy. Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/ subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable. Those applicants who are not board certified at the time of application but who have completed their residency training within the last five years shall be eligible, however must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their residency training unless the appropriate governing Board waives such requirement. Straight night position in a busy adult and pediatric sleep lab. Sleep lab is open 5 nights per week, Sunday through Thursday and closed on Holidays.

Summary

Performs quality diagnostic polysomnographic (PSG), as well as titration, multiple sleep latency (MSLT), home sleep testing (HST), and maintenance of wakefulness test (MWT) will be performed. Records and provides relevant and accurate data to physicians for diagnostic use in the treatment of patients with sleep/wake disorders.

Job Description

Educates patients with prescribed therapies. May also follow-up with patients when applicable. May provide education to patients for sleep testing when necessary. Calls in for technical troubleshooting as necessary. Responsible for performing sleep study procedures and may perform neurodiagnostic testing for applicable patient populations. May perform other scoring of respiratory related tests.

Understands the testing equipment in detail, including its structure, function, indications for use, physiological effect upon the patient, and basic maintenance/troubleshooting procedures. Ability to apply principles of anatomy and physiology, normal and abnormal, related to procedure performed.

Monitors and documents appropriately in medical record per facility guidelines. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) standards and accreditation. Possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of the disease and pathological conditions encountered.

Ability to work with all age groups and those with growth and developmental needs of unique client populations. Performs other department specific duties as required. Dependent on facility and department needs, participate in various types of scoring or tabulation of studies. Oversees students and/or staff are providing patient care, treatment, and/or services as part of their training when necessary.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or other medical specialty preferred.

Minimum of two years of related work experience in Sleep Disorders field preferred. Possess knowledge of sleep disorders, electrical safety, with the skill to utilize computers for patient documentation and data gathering for patient care.

If RRT, required to obtain RPSGT or Sleep Disorder Specialty (RRT-SDS) credential within 2 years of starting in role or must be enrolled in one of the following: 1. Must be enrolled in or have completed the A-STEP Online Self Study Modules. Non-registered technologists and technicians must complete A-STEP Online Self Study Modules within two years of enrollment. OR 2. Must be enrolled in or have completed training in polysomnography in a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) program with the polysomnography option. Working in North Dakota (ND), must be licensed as a RRT or RPSGT. Obtain and maintain mandatory continuing education units (CEU) each year to maintain licensure and/or registry. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of employment.

Role Overview: The selected candidate will serve as the Associate Program Manager, responsible for supporting our utility clients’ residential energy audit and direct install energy efficiency program. This role involves coordinating and overseeing program implementation, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving positive outcomes for both our clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the contract, serving as the main point of contact for our utility clients.
• Provide direct oversight of program budgets and track/report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

The Technician position is available at our Animal Health facility in Worthington, Minnesota. The Worthington facility is expanding operations to manufacture vaccines for large and companion animals. Leveraging an experienced and innovative team environment, the key technologies at the site are biologics production using fermentation and cell culture platforms and filling and freeze-drying.

This position will help with the preparation of intermediate components (media solutions, working seed stocks and bacterial antigens), and the downstream processing of the intermediate components. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Position prepares media, operates fermentation vessels, and performs necessary cleaning/disinfecting of equipment and laboratories. 

• Position works in a clean, aseptic environment (cleanroom environment). 

• Written SOPs and Outlines of Production must be followed. 

• Position must comprehend and comply with cGMP guidelines and complete and review documentation for accuracy and completeness.

This will be a third shift position, Sunday - Thursday 10:30PM-7AM.

• 10% shift differential pay

Education:

• High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Microbiology or related field preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The Field Clinical Nurse plays a leading role in the assessment process. We provide services to a variety of clients, mainly in the Long-Term Care Insurance space, all that require your deep knowledge of the long-term care needs of an aging or chronically ill population. You will be part of a remote team of clinicians that spends their days conducting clinical assessments.

This position is responsible for assessing and identifying client needs in the home or a care facility and utilizing the information gathered to determine an appropriate Plan of Care. You will be performing quality assessments on care providers to include Long Term Care facilities and Home Health Agencies. Additionally, you will be completing follow up telephonic or virtual meetings with client, family, or facility care staff to update records on present health status, advise on available local aging resources, and/or provide coaching/educational support.

This position uses your eldercare expertise and excellent communication skills to assure that the company serves our clients with the highest degree of quality, respect, and customer service. The successful candidate must be caring and empathetic with clients and their families.

Field Service Technician

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This person will be responsible for the installation and servicing of fuel cells at a specific location. This person will also be responsible for reporting breakdown events, parts ordering and maintenance of fuel cells at a specific location. This position presents a great amount of exposure to customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, and thus requires a person with excellent technical skills as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a specific location.
• Performing specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
• Providing on-call and emergency support service to customers as required
• Purchasing tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required. 
• May require troubleshooting and maintenance of high-pressure hydrogen storage, 480VAC, flammability, cryogenic liquid, high pressure gas and fueling systems.
• May include maintaining ongoing communication with customer personnel hydrogen suppliers regarding aftermarket support of fuel cells.
• Providing regular feedback to regional service representatives regarding fuel cell performance and field maintenance issues.
• Completing administrative duties & documentation, including: incident reports, service logs, inventory maintenance and site and system documentation.
• Exhibiting and enforcing safety procedures in the field or customer sites.

Assists when necessary with the maintenance of accreditation requirements and processes. Understands age-related protocols for various testing. Coordinate work with physicians or other healthcare team members, including providing assistance during invasive procedures when applicable.

Supervises and train students and medical sonographers as needed. Reports and calls in-service requests on equipment when needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year equivalent work experience is preferred.



Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible. Registry preferred within two years after hiring. If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required. Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer - Materials located in Minnesota Northfield

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Engineer - Materials In this role, you will be maintaining quality engineering programs, standards, and improvements within the organization.

Shift:  1st 8:00am – 4:35pm M-F

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
• Holds up Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
• Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
• In charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
• Explores reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and research of equipment and facilities.
• Approves product, process and equipment qualifications.
• Provides liaison to various regulatory bodies.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Materials testing experience helpful.
• Material – Science – Supervisor exp/ Material lab and quality Inspector
• Aerospace / Defense experience a plus
• Familiarity with AS9100, DPAS, FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and EAR a plus
• Advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
