We are seeking driven individuals to join our dynamic and growing team as Administrative Assistants.
In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and provide essential support across various medical associations under her management. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the executive committees (EXCO) of multiple professional medical associations, contributing to their success and enhancing your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Attend meetings with the MD as needed and manage scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents for the MD's signature.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
