Objective / Purpose of the role
As the Deputy Director, One Global Australia, you will be responsible to assist the Executive Director, One Global Australia to establish and grow Australia market share plus generate income and secure cross referral opportunities in Singapore.
Through OGSG, you will be involved in representing OGPS to the best of your endeavours, through strategic advice and market knowledge you will help us to build a strong and robust platform.
Your priority is to identify new sales leads with conversion plus develop and establish new channel sales for the Company’s products.
Identify and grow relationships with third party referrals, wealth managers in both B2B and B2C environment.
To undertake your role effectively, you will need to have a good understanding of all Marketing and Customer Relationship activities to drive increased revenue and profit in achieving the Company’s ambitious growth.
The effectiveness of your performance should be demonstrated within a collaborative environment. You therefore have a good understanding of policies and workflow processes to address operational issues fast and competently.
The role may include some weekend / out of hours working. You will be expected to take all necessary steps to ensure successful delivery and seamless coordination/support with the corporate teams both in Singapore and the company’s other offices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Director to identify opportunities and to help leverage your experience in the IPM sector for the Australia market.
- Provide market feedback to the Company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate marketing ideas to achieve high sales conversion of the Company’s products in respective sales centres within Singapore.
- Preparing and delivery of PowerPoint presentations at exhibitions and events where needed.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives which include attending exhibitions and events for the Company’s product launches.
- Display quality leadership to the wider team of sales members and play a pivotal role in assisting them to achieve high sales conversions.
- Integrate as an effective team player across the One Global organisation.
