POSITION SUMMARY
- Begin to execute all elements of the research and project management process
- Coordinate with the Project Services team to ensure key milestones of projects are always on the right track
- See a number of projects through from beginning to end
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proposal process:
- Assist in creating parts of the proposal
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Gather and check cost quotations against specification
Project management:
- Ensure implementation of the best and fastest project schedules and processes
- Responsible for orderly & effective process and quality documentation
- Develop project related materials
- Key contact for liaison with suppliers
- Effectively communicate project needs to suppliers
Analysis/reporting:
- Collect general client information (e.g., newspaper articles/ industry reports) to share with team and input to analysis
- Responsible for timely and quality deliverables
- Assist in presenting findings to clients for smaller projects
Development of Client relationships:
- Start to develop a clear understanding of client business strategy and how our company can contribute
- Begin planning for client needs
- Work with the team to deliver on client requests
Financial management:
- Propose cost saving solutions when possible
- Highlight costs and budget concerns with team to achieve on-budget projects
- Assist in costing and monitoring GM and profit on projects
Leadership, team and people management:
- Ensure directions are clear and questions where appropriate
- Take responsibility for own learning and development
- Promote team spirit
Communication:
- Begin regular client contact including participation/observation of client presentations

Training and Certifications:
- Market Research Codes of Conduct, including but not limited to EphMRA, ESOMAR, MRS, BHBIA and CASRO.
- Relevant Adverse Events Reporting from BHBIA and as per clients’ request
- Cerner’s Legal & Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Code of Conduct certification
- Cerner Orientation, including Cerner Corporate Trainings and Cerner Enviza Quality Trainings
