Full job description

• Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
• Developing new design concept, and collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
• Experimenting with colors, fabrics and texture.
• Produce sketches, design and samples.
• Prepare cut patterns and sample
• Liaise with suppliers local and overseas for raising of samples, production, capacity booking delivery timing and etc
• Preparation of supportive documents and samples for seasonal presentation and photoshoot.
• Assist for team Marketing in photoshoot session (Work with Marketing team to see if the design is feasible)
• Act as an advisor to the company for fashion trend & style. (Observing fashion trends to predict designs for consumers)

Requirement

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Textile/ Fashion/ Graphic Design/ Fashion Merchandising or similar experience.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Fashion Industry
• Computer required skill(s) : Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Artistic, able to do sketches by hand.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of style, color, texture and pattern.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, overtime and work well under pressure. -Willing to travel

Responsibility :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide tea services including preparing tea/coffee/drink and serving those as required, clearing and collecting used cups and washing it.
• Check, clean and maintain the thermo, fridge, water dispenser and take care of all equipment in the pantry.
• Check, clean and maintain the cleanliness of chairman office, personal assistant room, dining room and meeting rooms.
• Ensure constant availability of kitchen accessories such as kitchen paper towers, paper cup, stirrer, plastic waste bin, mineral water, hand washing soap and etc.
• Assist in special events and meeting for food and beverage.
• Stock control for tea, coffee, grocery, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc.
• Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in areas of operation: doors, handles, locks, taps, lights, switches, etc.
• Carry out any other duties delegated by immediate superior from time to time.
• Ensure and adhere to strict safety, sanitation and hygiene of pantry by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Wash, store, and maintain the cleanliness of bowl equipment and ensuring that the care area is always neat and clean.
• Respond to complaints and special requests.
