Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all employees uphold excellent service standards. This can be achieved by developing and implementing clear communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Serve as a key liaison between organization and customers, assessing customer’s needs, providing product information, and resolving any potential emerging problems to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (emails, phone calls, etc.), responding efficiently to customer inquiries and providing accurate and complete information
• Handle customer grievances by providing timely solutions and alternatives and following up to ensure resolution, while ensuring interests of all stakeholders are not compromised
• Maintain records customer interactions and process customer accounts, through general record keeping and filing duties
Jobs Requirements
• Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong listening skills, assessing diverse customer needs
• Adaptability to various character types, customer orientation
• Consistent record exceeding targets
