Title: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with audio system issues via various channels.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with audio technology advancements and product offerings.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customer assistance.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for staff and customers on audio equipment usage.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on audio equipment and gather customer feedback.
Asset Management:
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain detailed records of organization assets.
- Lifecycle Management: Monitor assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Maintenance and Compliance: Implement regular maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with assets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an organized inventory of production-related items.
- Equipment Checkout/Return: Facilitate equipment checkout and return process.
Other Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications.
- 3-5 years experience in Live Sound mixing.
- Ability to provide technical support in pre- and Post Sales Activities.
- Knowledge of Professional audio products is advantageous.
