We are looking for a Product Technical Support specialist to join our Smart Technologies team to support the needs of our Smart Technologies Division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Job Descriptions

• Testing and Commissioning of mass scaled loT systems (not limited to LoRaWAN, BLE, SigFox, ZigBee, NBloT, etc)
• Perform hands-on site work to support M&E works
• Testing of loT sensory and electrical equipment on site
• Reporting test results in accordance with the company standards/SOPs
• Coordinate with other technical staffs, both locally and overseas
• Opportunities to work with clients from various industries
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical installation
• Entry level candidates from ITE are welcome
• On the job training· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in testing of electronic device is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

About the role

Launch of Virtual Cards/Commercial cards. API knowledge is a must have. Guide team through technical questions

Job Scope

• Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding
• Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach.
• Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products (on Mastercard and Visa platform and NG Virtual Cards engine).
• Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
• SME support for launch of functionality relating to VCA product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout
• Acts as presales support when needed for complex deals
• supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform.
• coordinates internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities.
• Good stakeholder management skills - support teams internally, external partners, and clients on the enhancements and knowledge of VCA product.
• Hands-on approach and quickly adapt for new learning.
• Need candidate to be able to support various initiatives at the same time and is able to manage multiple internal / external stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Tech Skills: Understanding of Cards is a must. Comm Cards knowledge, Virtual cards knowledge, APIs and tech knowledge will be big plus.
• Soft Skills: Team player, good communication skills, great project management skills, good client management and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the studios are in order, including studio set, equipment to ensure a smooth production of the News & Current Affairs programmes for CNA and all news bulletins transmission on Mediacorp channels.
  
  
• Assist Automation Directors on all responsibilities for the execution of daily news bulletins and current affairs programmes for both automated and traditional galleries.
  
  
• Liaise with Producers, Automation Directors and Graphic Designers to meet technical and operational requirements during live transmission and ensure that editorial intentions are met, with the highest production standards maintained.
  
  
• The incumbent will also be equipped with the right skills required for new and developing tools to deliver high quality production.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum a Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Video Production/ Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Audio Engineering or its equivalent
  
  
• Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task.
  
  
• Effective communicator and a good team player.
  
  
• Good organizational and project management skills are necessary.
  
  
• Shift work required to accommodate the production requirements. Must be willing to work nights, on irregular shift including weekends and public holidays.
