We are seeking a process driven team member who will be setting the foundation of PRISM+ Aircon Malaysia Operations (including installation & service) infrastructure. This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us drive up aircon operations and service excellency by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report directly to Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of an Aircon Operations & Technical Manager but are not limited to:

• Formulate Operation, Inventory & Installation/Services process, suitable management reporting metrics and performance management (KPIs). KPI owner and responsible for executing agreed KPIs.
• Manage day to day operation of 3PL management, Inventory accuracy and scaling PRISM+ Express own installation/service team.
• Ensure 3PL warehouse execution of all Lazada/Shopee/Website sales as per SLA.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of all aircon installation and service work.
• PRISM+ Express installation/service team budget owner, responsible for growing the fleet.
• Oversee and ensure day-to-day operations of the aircon department.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for installation and service of aircon units.
• Provide operational support and help to execute the organization to bring about optimal service for the benefits of customers/stakeholders.
• Train team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant course of studies.
• At least 7 years' experience in Aircon Operations/Technical role, having led the function for a minimum of 3 years.
• You should have successfully scaled and led a high functioning aircon operations/technical team for a dynamic start-up.
• A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.
• Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in Operation & Logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
• Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
• Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
• Helping the team to manage key partners;
• Hiring and training staff;
• Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
• Market research, analysis and forecasting.

Key Qualifications:

• Successful experience of managing a team (sales managers or account managers) of at least three years;
• Professional experience in the travel industry, networking with the travel industry, i.e. travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) is required;
• An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
• English and Mandarin/Malay speaker.
