We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes related to CNC machining operations. The CNC Process Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
1. Technical Analysis: Conducting thorough technical analyses to identify areas for improvement in CNC machining processes.
2. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that CNC machining processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Assessing potential hazards, developing safety protocols, and implementing measures to minimize risks to personnel and the environment.
3. Quality Control: Maintaining product quality by implementing robust quality control measures throughout the CNC machining process. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, conducting quality inspections, and troubleshooting quality issues.
4. Process Optimization: Continuously working to optimize CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Documenting CNC process designs, operating procedures, and performance data. Providing clear and comprehensive reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
6. Training and Support: Providing training and support to CNC machine operators and other personnel involved in implementing and operating CNC machining processes.
7. Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CNC machining.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), or equivalent.
- Proven experience in CNC machining processes and operations.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and skills in SPC/MSA/8D
