Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Group Finance Platform - Business Analyst to join our Finance Platform project team. The responsibilities include:

· Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project strategies and objectives.

· Creating, grooming, and maintaining Business Requirements/User stories, Data models, Data flow, and Functional Specifications to effectively communicate business requirements to development teams.

· Performing data analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.

· Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and are delivered within established timelines.

· Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, and to address concerns and questions.

· Developing and executing test plans to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

· Assisting in change management activities, including communication, training, and support, to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation of changes.

· Monitoring and assessing the performance of implemented solutions and recommending further optimizations as needed.

· Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience of around 8-12 years as a Business Analyst in a similar role within Finance systems.

· Conversant with Agile practices and methodologies. Exposure to JIRA and Confluence

· Experience with Finance ERP systems and solutions is good to have.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
