義務與責任：

• 處理和處理施工應付帳款的各個方面，包括付款追蹤。

資格：

• 必須至少擁有金融/會計學士學位和/或專業資格（ACCA/CPA/ICAEW）
• 至少 10 年建築會計專業經驗
• 了解公認會計原則
• 對 Microsoft Office 產品（Word、Excel 和 Outlook）和 Autocount 擁有豐富的知識和熟練程度。
• 了解建築成本會計，有 AUTOCOUNT 優先
• 具有較強的分析問題解決能力和創造性的解決方案，能夠有效地利用大量資訊組織工作，同時管理多個專案和截止日期，並且高度關注細節
